used smart switch quite well 3+ yr ago, switching from galaxy S5 to galaxy S7. am now trying to use updated app toswitch from S7 to S20fe. opening app on old phone yields that a security policy prohibits. smart switch support sent link to samsung knox, which only evidently pertains to enterprise users, which i am not. i am a private person, trying to use these for myself. 4/27 samsung considers the issue closed, even tho I can't effect the transfer. They haven't answered my request to escalate.
